I had the 7 oz. I felt relaxed. Nothing too noticeable. I only had one. I will say I slept like a baby that night. I didn't feel anxious or groggy from it. I did snack afterwards, and I usually never snack in the evening. I felt it probably increased my appetite. I liked it. I would say if I was looking for more of a "buzz" that I would get from drinking (which I think is the point of the drinks), I would need to drink 2.
Overall, I was pleased with the product. It's a great substitute for a glass or two of wine, if you're looking for alternatives to alcohol.
